Claromecó is a resort village in the party of Tres Arroyos in Buenos Aires province. Its beaches are part of the Atlantic Coast. It is located 560 kilometers away from Buenos Aires city and 70 kilometers away from Tres Arroyos. Claromecó is distinguished by its extensive beaches of fine sand and hot water rich in iodine and iron where nature finds its best expression. As every tourist destination of excellence, it has hotels, campsites, private houses for renting, restaurants, sweetshops and discos.
Besides the activities proper of a resort, in Claromecó you can also carry out crossings in 4x4 and in quads. The settings of these tours are forests, lakes, swamps, gigantic dunes and streams. They are also setting of horse-riding.
Claromecó is a "paradise for fishermen". Sports fishing has there as coveted prey: sea bass, young hake, salmon, mere, smooth hound, stingray and sharks. The water is also suitable for the practice of aquatic sports like ski, paragliding, kite surfing, surfing, bodysurfing, motor sky and Jet Ski.
Some interesting places in Claromecó are The Lighthouse of 54 meters height, the Forest Station or nursery Dunícola, the Boutique Arroyo, the Regional Museum and Dunamar neighborhood.
