Castor Hill is the most exclusive ski center of Argentina because it is the southernmost tourist point of the world. It is located 26 kilometers away from the city of Ushuaia, Argentina, on Route 3, kilometer 26.
It has the best quality of snow, due to the orientation of the mountain (south slope) and its extreme location (parallel 54º similar to Moscow in the north hemisphere).
Its surface suitable for skiing is of 500 hectares and its slope is of 800 meters. It has 19 ski slopes with a total of 20 kilometers. Many of them are endorsed by the International Confederacy of Skiing. They have a quality of snow during all the season that cannot be compared with any other. Castor Hill is just as their slogan indicates it, "a lot of, but a lot of snow"
