Cristo Grande (Large Christ) is an image carved in wood and ending point of a pilgrimage carried out in Holy Week. The tour lacks of shadow in most of its duration and can be carried out on foot or horse-riding. It can be gained access by car by another route.
From José Hernández Square takes up again the main street in south direction until arrive at the Municipal Swimming Pool. Once there, take the road to La Cumbrecita, by Athos Pampa, traveling 4 kilometers until arriving at Cristo Grande.
