This construction outstands because of its neoclassical style. It is the result of a project of the famous architect Alejandro Bustillo (Author of Banco de la Nacion Argentina –a bank- and the esplanade of Mar del Plata) It was officially fit out on May 25, 1932, and it is recognized as an initiative of the mayor Vicente Mojica.
