The main square is Pringles baptized in honor to the maximum hero liberator of San Luis. It is located among Rivadavia, Pringles, San Martin and Junín streets. Its layout he represents the four seasons that in each one of the corners repeat the cycle of the calendar. Two important monuments that can be admired there are “La Zagala del Ave”, work of the sculptor and architect Carlos de la Carcova and the statue in homage to Colonel Juan Pascual Pringles inaugurated in 1912. The first one is made of stone and was worth the first prize of that year by the National Commission of Culture to its author.
