Also in the period of national re-organization, it was used during the armed conflict among the Argentine Confederation and the state of Buenos Aires, around 1859 / 1861.
But not all is war in Park Urquiza, the Astronomical Complex Rosario; comprising the Planetarium, Observatory and the Experimental Museum of Sciences, form part of the landscape of the park, the same as the Municipal Amphitheater "Humberto de Nito".
